Our Let Only service is ideal for landlords who want us to find and secure a suitable tenant, but prefer to manage the property themselves once the tenancy begins.

60% + VAT of the first month's rent

Our Rent Collection service is suitable for landlords who are happy to manage their own property but would prefer us to deal with the collection and monitoring of rent.
Inventory Charges
A detailed inventory provides an important record of the condition and contents of your property at the beginning of a tenancy.
